The National Government and the FARC-EP within the framework of the Monitoring, Impulse and Implementation Verification Commission, inform to the public opinion that after a detailed evaluation of the status of each of the Transitional Local Zones for Normalization and Transitional Local Points for Normalization, the following decisions were taken:
Bearing in mind that the FARC-EP has recently ensured that the Government has failed to comply and that the grouping areas have not been conditioned, the amnesty law has not yet been processed, nor has the special jurisdiction for peace law being discussed;

Today in the Llanos del Yari the High Commissioner for Peace, Sergio Jaramillo, the Commander of the Strategic Transition Command – COET (Spanish acronym), General Javier Florez, met with members of the Secretariat of the FARC-EP, accompanied by the head of the UN Mission Jean Arnault and his team; the following was agreed:
